Dinghycoach's focus on social media marketing took a backseat due to the demands of prioritizing Olympic sailors. As a result, participation in youth sailing clinics declined. To stay competitive in a crowded market, they needed to enhance their online presence and re-engage with the younger audience.
SAILBOOST'S APPROACH - CONSISTENT AND QUALITY CONTENT
We then developed a social media strategy tailored to the needs and desires of both youth sailors and their parents. Our focus was on the quality and relevance of the content, creating a brand bible to ensure consistent and professional communication.
